The Human body is very resilient, but that doesn't mean you have to put that to the test by throwing all the trash you want at it. That's basically like saying you like to not change the oil in you car and find the dirtiest gas you can find while treating it like a race car. But yet i'm sure you'd want a car that had stronger horse power and clean fuel and oil with little maintenance, which is possible by Hydrogen. But you can do the same to your body, though society doesn't support it, it can be done by changing your lifestyle by a Raw Vegan lifestyle, not by going on a "diet". Getting to Raw Vegan is hard, but its the most beneficial if done properly. Some that follow this way of eating call themselves Fruitarians because its nearly only fruit, some leafy greens, and a little nuts. Working yourself into this life style can be met by the incorporation of Cooked Vegan food by the Raw till 4 diet.
This lifestyle could later be supported by having a Community that grows their own food, especially if they grew their food in a better environment. Because the hardest part about being on a "diet" or having a different lifestyle of eating is the most everyone if not everyone around doesn't follow the same lifestyle. Social gatherings, work, and day to day living hinder us from staying true to a good diet. The Community I have in mind would also address this and so many other issues.
Cooked Vegan
Cooked Vegan is starch and grain based foods like potatoes, wheat, rice, and oats. Though its not great to dive deep into these as a main source of food, but its a great transition food or like Feelee's Raw till 4 you have fruit all day till 4pm and then have cooked dinners. This is still a great way to live indefinitely, but the goal is to be come more and more fruit based.
Raw Vegan
Raw Vegan is often misunderstood raw anything and everything, even potatoes and having a lot of plain veggies and nuts. That's not the case at all. Raw Vegan done right consist of roughly 80% fruit, 15% veggies, and 5% nuts and grains. This also entails that you eat a lot, about 2,500 to 3,000 calories, hence 30 Bananas a Daycause that's how much it take to get 3,000 calories. Bananas are one of few fruit that contain enough of calories, and you might think that you try to watch your calorie intake so won't this make you fat? Well the fact is this way of living contains very little fat. You will get your energy for calories, not carbs or fat. Calories are actually required to move the fat out of your body, but that doesn't mean that this is a great "diet" to lose weight, a lot of people actually bloat up and gain a bit of weight that first month or longer, depending on how bad you ate before that. But the hardest part is affording the fruit, finding good fruit, and eating enough. You stomach will actually stretch and your intestines shrink which will even help that last bit of tummy go away.
The benefits to this are endless but hard to retain due to the fact the society doesn't support it which is what i plan to fix, or more so make the blueprints for others to fix in their location. If you build up a Community that everyone around you is on the same diet and one that can support a lot of fruit and even grow a lot bigger and better fruit, then this becomes easy and natural.
